SUMMARY:
This position plays a crucial role in analyzing, optimizing, and supporting business processes. This individual will be responsible for managing inquires for system issues identified by various business units, including but not limited Merchandising, Operations, Replenishment, Marketing. This position also provides support to the Business Services Specialists in the execution of implementation initiatives and project execution, ensuring alignment with organizational standards. This individual will facilitate the development and delivery of targeted training programs to enhance workforce capability and promote successful adoption of new systems and processes.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Evaluate existing business services and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resources.
- Respond to business inquiries regarding system and data issues. Investiage and identify root cause of issue, work with IT and/or business to implement effective resolution.
- Evaluate accuracy of the item master file when issues are identified. Communicate findings to relevant busines units and ensure issue resolution.
- Communicate and coordinate issues and solutions with relevant departments. Ensure that issue correction is completed in a timely manner.
- Log and monitor incidents, ensuring accurate documentation and proactive tracking for effective resolution.
- Analyze and validate requested changes from business to ensure the integrity and alignment of actions with organizational standards.
- For new systems and processes, create and maintain detailed documentation for processes, workflows, and systems; provide training to employees.
- Track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for business services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post Secondary Diploma/ Degree in a related field.
- 1 – 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge in SAP is an asset. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office is required.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) is an asset
- Experience in adult training
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Some travel to stores is required.
- Available to work weekend as required. Required to be on call and be available for assigned periods.
